Pay later: No prepayment required. Your card is charged in full 4 days prior to arrival.

Pay over time: Choose 2, 3, or 4 payments by credit card. Default on payments results in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation policy: Bookings made on a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Some rates allow for 72-hour cancellation notice; without notice, one night's room and tax is charged.

No-show policy: If you fail to show for your booked reservation, the payment will be processed in full and retained.

Early-departure policy: Checking out earlier than your booked departure date results in forfeiting the days charge and tax. No refunds are available.

Modification/change policy: We understand you may need to make changes to your reservation. Changes are available up to 72 prior to your arrival unless you have booked a non-refundable rate.

Weather disruption policy: Inclement weather, including rain, storms, or weather forecasts, does not qualify for a refund. Refunds or penalty-free cancellations will only be considered if a state of emergency is officially declared for the area affecting the resort or guest travel. If a state of emergency is declared, please contact the resort as soon as possible to review your options.

$25 per day (tax included). Includes: Vroom Vroom shuttle, access to all resort amenities, Wi-Fi, parking, and daily programmed activities.

$150 refundable hold on a credit card for damages, excessive cleaning, or smoke.

Returned at check-out if suite is deemed in good condition—free of damage and smoke (vaping or tobacco).

Debit card holds may take up to 14 business days after release to appear.

Vacation Village at Parkway by Vacatia is dog-friendly
Dogs must be less than 35 pounds.

Specific rooms only; restrictions apply.

Resort approval is required before arrival.

Pet fee: USD 125.00 per dog. One dog per suite.

Registered service dogs are permitted at no charge.
Dogs must remain on leash at all times on Resort property.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and for any damages incurred.

Daily housekeeping is not provided.
A full cleaning of your suites is available for a fee of $25 per visit.

If staying 7 nights or more, one full clean is complimentary on day 7.

Vacation Village at Parkway suites are smoke-free. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the suites.

Smoking or vaping in your suite could result in forfeiting the $150 security deposit and/or additional charges.

Smoking outside is permitted in designated smoking areas.

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Quiet pool: Pool #3 by Buildings 8 & 9 closes at 10:00 PM.

One-bedroom suites accommodate up to 4 guests.
Two-bedroom suites accommodate up to 8 guests.

Extra people:
One rollaway bed is available for A and C Suites. Due to the fire code regulations, B Suites are not permitted to have rollaway beds. Rollaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Charges may apply to an extra person in the room for a rollaway.

Daytime visitors:
Visitors are permitted at the Resort. Visitors are subject to the same Resort policies as guests.

Free shuttle for registered guests.

Begins at 8:00 AM with varying pickup times; subject to change.

Extended stays typically begin at 7+ consecutive nights. Pricing is usually provided as a weekly rate, or a monthly negotiated rate for longer stays.

Rates vary based on seasonality/dates, suite type and availability, and length of stay (longer stays may qualify for deeper discounts).

Negotiated rates:
Guests and companies with consistent lodging needs may be eligible for a negotiated extended stay rate (subject to availability and dates).
